What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 500 units per SKU for most skincare, haircare, and body care products. Hotel amenities and selected lines can start from 200 units. Volume discounts apply at 1,000, 2,500, and 5,000+ units.
Are you ISO 22716 GMP certified?
Yes. Our Barcelona facility is ISO 22716 GMP certified — the EU standard for Good Manufacturing Practice in cosmetics. Every batch is documented and fully traceable. We can supply the required Product Information File (PIF) and Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) for EU market compliance.
How long does production take?
Standard lead time is 2–4 weeks from artwork approval for white-label from our existing formulas. Custom formulation projects typically take 6–12 weeks including stability testing. We can quote faster turnaround for urgent orders.
Can I customise the formula, fragrance, or packaging?
Yes. We offer three tiers: (1) White Label — your branding on our proven base formulas; (2) Semi-Custom — modify fragrance, colour, or key actives; (3) Full Custom — bespoke formulation from scratch with our in-house cosmetic chemists. Contact us for pricing on each tier.
Do you offer samples before ordering?
Yes. Samples of standard formulas are available for qualified B2B inquiries. Sample costs are credited against your first production order. Request samples via our Quote page and a specialist will follow up within 24 hours.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to 50+ countries. EU orders ship with full export documentation. We offer both air and sea freight. Delivery to most EU destinations takes 3–7 business days after production is complete.

Our core categories are: Skincare (serums, creams, masks, cleansers, toners), Haircare (shampoo, conditioner, masks, treatments), Body Care (lotions, scrubs, oils), SPF / Sun Care (SPF 30–50+, after-sun), and Hotel Amenities (mini 30ml/80ml branded sets). We also do natural & organic formulations on request.
What certifications can you supply?
ISO 22716 GMP, EU Cosmetics Regulation 1223/2009 compliance, CPSR (safety report), PIF, cruelty-free, vegan formulations available. We can also supply full INCI lists, SDS sheets, and batch certificates.
